“A decent rental with a good host, but could use AC”

The location was fab, very close to shops and good restaurants. Good sized, but not as large as the pictures might lead you to believe. All essentials were there. The host was great and left some nice welcome touches in the apartment. All appliances were working fine, some basic cutlery and utensils. The location is very secure but you need the keys to get in OR out from the gated apartments area. The keys were also required to use the pool, which is all fenced up. The bed I found comfortable but my wife found it way too soft. So if you are into firm mattresses this isn't the place for you. The water pressure was very good. The flat was very clean. 2 nice large TVs available. Fridge is working well. Low amount of insects nearby. Nice area overall.

No Air Conditioning. I was hoping due to Tenerife not being too extreme in summer the ceiling mounted fans / passive ventilation would have been enough, but no, not even in June. The flat is getting too hot. Second issue is not something the host can control, but if you are unlucky and other apartments nearby are rented by loud people, you WILL hear them. Because of no AC closing windows is not an option. My wife didn't like how soft the mattress was, but it was not an issue for me. The last bit is not serious, but the secured pool with a high fence gave out a bit of prison vibes :D

“Peaceful haven in Tenerife”

The best

Check in was simple . The location was perfect. Only a short stroll from the beach, shops and restaurants. It was quiet and peaceful. Jessica was so helpful with information about the area and tours etc. Nice pool in complex. Apartment is perfect for a couple or small family.

The best

great location.right near the pool. 5 min walk to beach,2 min walk to supermarket.3 min walk to bars restaurants. nice place to stay. Jessica is very welcoming. we enjoyed our stay very much. a father and 11 year old boy 😊

To be improved

the pool has rules that no towels left unattended,on sun loungers which sadly wasnt the case,but to be honest there was only one day we couldn't get a sun lounger. also late eves are very loud,even past midnight. another shame,that people cant be a bit more thoughtful with the families staying. thank god i took my ear plugs. but all in all, fantastic stay.
