The days before the reservation, I received too many messages from the accommodation, asking me to fill in things and to read instructions about entering the apartment. I have never received so many long instructions from any other place. And then, the entry to the apartment was a nightmare. There is no 5G so the digital key does not work. Had to run back and forth from the building´s window to the door to be able to open. So, half an hour to open the door. And upon exiting, it got stuck and was not closing so another 10min to close the door. Also, I didn't like that they asked a few times when exactly was I going to enter and when exactly I was going to leave, saying that if I did not confirm it, they would cancel the booking. I had paid that booking 3-4 months before that!!! Also, have in mind the sofa is a sofa, not a sofa-bed.

the entry system was completely ridiculous to enter the apartment. it took 30 minutes to enter and having to go in and out of the building as there was no mobile data coverage in the apartment block. key less entry needs to work much better then this. Please do not keep repeating follow the instructions and the apartment number as if the individual trying to enter the apartment is stupid. I was outside the correct apartment door the system was not working and the mechanism just span around. Also not being able to access the garage before the apartment in a city like la laguna with no parking and on a road where there is no where to pull over and wait is a bad set up. it would be far better to have a lock box so you can enter the garage straight away. The main bathroom looks like its been re grouted and all the excess is all over the tiles. you need super human strength to flush the toilets. the toilet roll is almost see through its so cheap. Having glass above a bedroom door allows too much light in when a light is on in another part of the apartment. the kitchen sink tap needs to be looked at it sprays everywhere. Leaving the table set for dinner is just annoying as you keep having to go in and out of the kitchen to the living room searching for cutlery glasses etc as there is not enough left in the kitchen.
