“Beautiful clean and well furnished apartment in a peaceful location with the mountains as a backdrop.”
The best

It was spacious and very clean. Lots of storage space. The property was in a quiet residential area. The shampoo and shower gel was a nice touch as was the welcome pack and washing up materials. Our bed linen and towels were all changed half way through our stay. It was great to have a full oven, toaster and washing machine. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was excellent. Hot water was available all the time. The management company were extremely helpful during our stay and arranged a taxi to the airport on our departure. We had no problems or issues with the accommodation during our stay.

To be improved

Think it would be a good idea if there were some baking sheets or Pyrex type dishes for use in the oven as we only had the large grill pan to use - we enjoy cooking most of our meals in the evening after a day out, but also dine out. We tended to wrap anything we wanted to cook in the oven in foil and place it in the large grill pan as there were only 2 of us, plus apart from cooking oven chips in it we didn’t need all the space in the large grill pan.

“Great place to holiday - with or without a car”
The best

Very clean property, renovated to a high standard. We were very impressed by the kitchen, which had all the items which are often lacking in holiday accommodation - kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, full oven, washing machine etc. Excellent location, close to the walking trail for the beautiful Papagayo beaches and a short walk to Las Coloradas shopping centre, which has everything you need really. We hired a car (there is plenty of free parking on the road), but you could easily manage without one.

To be improved

This didn't really bother us but it might be an issue for some people. There is no private outdoor space - there is a patio and a small grassed area to the front of the property, but this is overlooked by both neighbours and the road. However, this wouldn't prevent us from coming back.

The place was nice clean and refurbished. Beds were quality and the sheets go changed halfway through the stay.

To be improved

The rooms are very warm and has no aircon even in feb/march. Don’t have a dishwasher which would be a nice upgrade.

To be improved

Electricity was cut off during the 2nd night and we had to move , after 3 nights at another property we had to move again but this was not only another property but another resort. By far the worst holiday we have had.
