Shower was a bit hit and miss.

The hot water run out very quickly. And overall the bathroom/shower was uncomfortable- after a shower the whole bathroom was wet.

My friends were always woken up by other residents from the building, who tend to start their day very early and very loudly. And as others have mentioned, there is a barrage of messages from the hosts multiple times before, during, and after your stay. Such excessive communication wouldn't be such a problem, if it was not possible the other way around (further context below). Despite the apartment seemingly being fully furbished, you are not provided with some basic thing such as spices, more than 3 coffee capsules, 3 toilet paper rolls and so on. There was a clothes washing machine present on the pictures, but we did not know if we had any laundry detergent available, considering there was an array of other cleaning chemicals. In order to inquire whether we were in fact provided with it or no, I tried sending a message to the hosts via Whatsapp (which is their primary communication channel) at around 8:05 AM (and they were previously active before that). As it was nearing 8:30 AM and we wanted to know if we can start our day exploring Tenerife while our clothes get refreshed or not, I rang for a short time their Whatsapp number to grab their attention. Within a minute, I get a call back from an overtly frustrated man asking if our call was an emergency. I replied that it was not, but rather just a simple yes or no answer we needed. For which the reply was, if it's not an actual emergency, they are not to be contacted before 9AM and after 9 PM and the call ended there. Cherry on top was someone sending us a textual message at 8:50 AM saying there is no detergent available from the apartment. Because apparently working in the hospitality business that involves communication with guests but moreover real people is something that is strictly prohibited outside of the 'working hours'. Unless they themselves decide to break their own rules by replying 10 minutes ahead of it, but God forbid the guests attempt the same.
