Would have liked it to be a bit cooler at night but it wasn’t a big issue.

If I could give it more stars I would. They had thought of everything, they had stuff there that one could think of needing, with oils and salt pepper, washing liquid , soap, ketchup. Have stayed in a lot of properties and this was only the 2nd to go over and above and think of what travellers would need. Beautifully located and very helpful and quick responses

To be improved

AC in living room , so rooms dont get as cold as one would like in the heat.

The accomodation was in excellent condition and fully furnished. Clear instruction for check in/ check out was provided and query was responded promptly by the host. All attractions were accessible by walking. Indeed value for money.

The property is immaculately clean and very comfortable. It is well maintained and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable and the pillows and bath towels were very good. It is a lovely apartment in a fantastic central location. The cafe directly across from the front door has exceptional coffee and delicious fresh breakfast.

The garbage bins are directly outside the verandahs so for hours and hours each night guests are subjected to the noise of bottles being dropped en masse into the bins. And I don’t mean the odd one or two cerveza bottle - I mean the entire previous day’s worth of wine bottles from every botega and cervezia within a one kilometre radius being dropped as if from great heights, for hours and hours into the early morning. And to make matters worse, this big multi restaurant clean up doesn’t begin until midnight and will last until at least 3am. And then the street cleaners will come through with their numerous machines and devices until perhaps 7am, at which time more bottles will be dumped into the bins. And then the constantly reversing vehicles come through with non-stop beeping. If you are anything other than a dead-to-the-world sleeper, unfortunately this otherwise divine apartment is not for you. 48 hours in this lovely but exceedingly noisy apartment has rendered me absolutely exhausted. To make matters worse worse, we tried to make use of the free parking. Be warned - while the host is very positive and friendly, the free parking is not useful if all that you want to do is leave your car in the dedicated public public carpark for a couple of days. It serves no purpose when you need to trach backwards and forwards with the carpark swipe card… only to discover that you can’t both leave the carpark and the apartment on the same day. Other than these two significant issues for our family (and I’m not sure how they can’t be significant issues for other people), the apartment was lovely. Oh, and do a PhD in washing machine use prior to arriving - the beast in this place will leave you with a mountain of saturated clothing.
