“Great stay but we need accurate information”

It was our second time there and we loved everything! It’s just so pretty and just being there relaxed me because of calm atmosphere ☺️

To be improved

We were pretty disappointed about the breakfast… Last time we went there breakfast was already included and it was by far the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. So even though we had to pay 15 euros per person we didn’t hesitate. But unfortunately the breakfast was not at the hotel nor a buffet style even though their description at booking.com and the message from the hotel clearly said so. The breakfast was at the restaurant downstairs Nativo and it was a close menu not a buffet style. It wasn’t actually bad but not what we expected at all and if I knew I would have just ordered something from the restaurant rather than the closed breakfast menu. Overall the reason why we were disappointed is that we were not well informed.

“Loved out stay here and would definitely come back!”

The best

We loved our stay at the Dreamsea Boutique. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location - close to many local attractions. The breakfast was very good.

To be improved

Only issue was finding the parking lot when we arrived. Once we realized that there was a small entrance off the highway, the rest was ok. Our room was a bit on the small side. Not a major issue as we really only used our room to sleep.

“Lovely atmosphere for an affordable price”

The best

The atmosphere was amazing and we loved the decorations that the plants were the main focus. It is very welcoming and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and the breakfast was also great. We specifically loved the back terrace area where we spent most of our evenings. The restaurant downstairs is also very convenient when it comes to a quick meal without having to travel.

To be improved

Although it didnt directly impact our stay we wondered how they solve the refrigeration and the air conditioning in the rooms. It might be that only our room didnt have a fan or AC but it might be uncomfortable during the hot summer days. I think a small fridge would boost the quality of the stay massively.

“Our family had a great city escape weekend! Couldn't have asked for better!”

The staff were kind and always around for any assistance - all the receptionist, the cleaning staff and the chef. Everything was very well taken care of. The property was very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and nutritious - a favorite for all!

“A really relaxing place in the North of Gran Canaria”

The room was spacious and beautiful. The breakfast was lovely with a lot of care and attention in the details such as an excellent organic coffee and a chef cooking omelette at the buffet. The design of the hotel is very pretty pretty and romantic. The bar restaurant below the hotel is beautiful. It is a really relaxing environment.

To be improved

The location of the hotel is rather bizarre. The parking is about 50 metres down the road and you have to walk beside a main road/motorway to access the front door of the hotel which is literally 1.5 metres from the motorway. Our room was the wall directly against the motorway (the noise was ok thanks to good quality windows). It did not spoil our stay but we did not expect the surroundings to look like this and were a bit taken back at first.
