After booking my stay I got a message that they gave my bed to someone else but if I want I can sleep in the volunteers room, which I accepted because I needed a place for the night. It was very uncomfortable. The beds are awful, there's no space (can't even sit in the lower bed), no privacy (no curtain or anything), no windows, no power sockets, it smelled weird and even after telling them in advance when I'd be arriving, there was nobody there and I had to wait for 1h. Everything was pretty filthy. Can't say anything about the regular rooms.

It could be cleaner but considering the large number of people I know it's not easy

I slept in the basement, in the first room, where the walls were newly installed with very thin OSB panels. Every time someone walked through the hallway, even in the middle of the night, the light would shine into my room, waking me up multiple times. Additionally, since the room is in the basement, the toilet and shower water pipes run directly through it. Every time someone used the toilet, it was very loud, which also woke me up.

Honestly the only thing I can say as everything was pretty awesome was that it could do with better mattresses. I like mine extra firm but that's just my opinion.
