WE were a big group, the check in was perfect & the rooms were ready at arrival. the check out extra helpful since I had a problem with my payment method and they gave me options...Thank you!

To be improved

Our last drink was at the bar that closes @ midnight, they served us the drinks and then asked us to leave and drink it at our rooms. It is OK but why to serve it though.

Everything. The location, the staff, the ambience, the room comfort, the breakfasts - all first rate. The value for money is incredible. I love it, and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Separare beds fir a couple, humidity in the room environment, our bedroom was inmediatly from the hotel entrance (people/ cars coming/ going, not chance to chance the room as it was full, even though we booked 5 months in advance). Pool area not scenic, as its surrounded by car parking spots

The location is the best of this hotel, the staff very nice, the pool is nice also.

To be improved

The room could be in better shape - it has everything you need but aesthetically (namely the wall paint) could be better taken care of.
