“Loud inconsiderate people and paper thin walls… wish it was different because the apartment is okay.”

Nice little kitchen area. Nice temperature in shower. Location is okay, about 11 mins walk from metro. Apartment is a little shabby (marks, dents, fridge did not close properly, kettle didn’t work), but it’s nicely designed and I found the size to be good when the bed was away.

Walls are PAPER thin and there is no signage about quiet hours. I’ve had to listen to people do the deed, watch tv at 3am, come in drunk etc. impossible to get a good sleep when there is no sound proofing whatsoever. You will hear every single word of a conversation in the next apartment. Only given a tiny bin and one bin bag for a week stay. No pillow given so I had to ask and then follow up to get one. Shower was not draining properly and was pooling over edge and soaking floor. Staff did say they got maintenance in to fix, but no difference. Honestly I’d stay again but the sound issues would need to be resolved. Not good.

“Cons: We chose this property just because it was close to the concert venue we were going to nearby, but when we entered the room after check-in, we saw that it was not cleaned. There were dirty towels, glasses and sheets everywhere. Also, the door was open and the combination to the lock box was left unchanged. We asked the reception to move us to a different room but they told us the other rooms were fully booked. They called the cleaning company but they arrived two and a half hours later. The room was supposedly cleaned but there were still strands of men's hair on the sheets. Nobody there pays attention to anything because the next morning we wanted to make coffee but the milk cream had already expired. It took us a long time to get the coffee machine working. In addition, the bathroom was extremely small and we could not even pass through the door easily. The bathroom floor fills with water very quickly because the bathroom glass is only half full and water flows from the floor to the inner room. The stay was a complete torment and nothing was clean, so we were uncomfortable even when we were pulling on the fleece.”
