Great location for food and bars, really easy to walk for breakfast in the morning or for a coffee

The best

We had a wonderful time in Valencia. The apartment is spacious and in a great location. The beautiful Ruzafa district with all its restaurants and cafés is right on the doorstep and the city center and old town, as well as the main train station, are also within easy walking distance. There is air conditioning and several fans, for us personally the street was quiet. The host was attentive and gave us tips and answered questions via WhatsApp.

Location. Close to everything.

To be improved

It was a safety location but it was on a very run down street, also the front door have a lot of holes around the frame. A lot of flies and little roaches.
