The best

The apartment was new, spacious and very well equipped. From basic utensils to some more advanced microwaves or orange squizer - we had it all. Comfy beds, spacious rooms with internal and external shades, two big tables in the huge balcony, where the sun always shines. The interior was rather chilly though, which was actually a good thing. It also has two well equipped bathrooms and well-working WiFi. The building is placed in rather quiet part of "town", with popular running and walking paths nearby. The beach was not far away, but you couldn't really see it past the trees and parrots. There is also an office room with two screens.

To be improved

There wasn't really any seaview, but the view was on the small park alley, so it was okay. The elevator in the building is just bizarre, I've used it only once in three weeks stay. The underground parking space isnt really comfortable, but there is always a parking space in front of the building. I don't know how came up with the number addressing, but it was really tough to describe it to Uber eats. There are no shops nearby, the first one is 30-min walk away. Hard to get to without a car. The path to the beach leads through a conspicuously looking alley, with no lights whatsoever in the evening, and boars waking up from winter slumber. They are harmless, and it wasn't much of a pain in the day, but it's not as straightforward as it could be.
