Maria's place was so lovely with very beachy summer vibe decor a much needed place for a winter break! It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay, Maria was very warm and friendly and sent us lots of recommendations for where to eat and where to relax and visit! Definitely will be booking again next time we visit gran canaria as the location is also very well placed and short walk to the beach, dunes, restaurant strip and the local supermarkets! Maria herself was a lovely host who was great at communicating quickly to any questions we had and even when we unfortunately accidentally broke one of her vase on the very last day she was very understanding of the situation! Thank you for the lovely stay it felt like home away from home :D

central located, very friendly owner, nice view, clean, all basic needed stuff to cook available. I would always come back here.

Location excellent, apartment well decorated, comfortable, clean etc and service/communication stood out as better than the rest. Do not mix this apartment up with the hotel at the same location. We were worried due to bad reviews but this is separate to the hotel and 1000 times better. Advice to future travellers - do not hesitate and book this apartment, it's way better than others at the same price and worth every penny
