“Quiet resort with not much to do within walking distance. Good value property but needs air con upstairs.”

Plenty of space. Lovely roof terrace. Vladi was very welcoming and accommodating.

To be improved

No air con upstairs so we had to drag the mattresses downstairs to sleep! No sunloungers at the pool so had to carry chairs up and down the steps from the apartment each time we wanted to sit by the pool. WiFi didn’t work.

“Great apartment, great location, and a great host.”

The best

Lovely, spacious apartment in an excellent location. The upstairs balcony/ terrace was fantastic with a great view directly over the pool and gardens. A lovely place to sit, relax and watch the world go by. The pool itself was a good size and very well kept. The apartment was well equipped, great kitchen, loads of outdoor furniture, beach towels etc.. We were a 5 minute walk from our favourite "Cala Mosca" beach, and just a 10 minute walk from La Zenia Boulevard. Secure parking was handy. Vladi was a great host, friendly and helpful. Would recommend and hopefully we will be back soon.

To be improved

Would really love to be giving this full marks, as we really enjoyed our stay. However, there were just a couple of things that need mentioning. There is only one small air conditioning unit downstairs, for the whole, 2 storey, 3 bedroom apartment. There were fans in the bedrooms but it was not enough really. Temperatures during the day were around 35c and at night about 25c. More air-con needed. The living space is large but it is overcrowded with tables and chairs and the couches are old an extremely uncomfortable. With just a couple of improvements it would be perfect.

The property was a brilliant size and location for us. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were fresh towels and cleaning items to use as needed.

To be improved

The only thing which would have made the property even better would have been air conditioning upstairs, as we stayed during the peak heat of the Spanish summer. However the air-con downstairs was excellent and there were fans available upstairs to cool down rooms.
