The best

Everything indeed and it is suitable for 3 adults or a small family with 2 kids. With a nice small balcony to drink a coffee in the morning, very much centric and near everything on a walking distance. Claudio the host is very cooperative and nice guy, just need to ask him if you need anything.

To be improved

Nothing really was bad, but a small touches could make it perfect, like a big mirror behind the entrance to take a look into your self before going out (my wife suggestion) There is a bar in the front building could be noise on weekends but with an ear-pad you can sleep.

This apartment located in the main area of Alicante so it’s easy to access everywhere. Especially, the owner is very friendly and kind. We’ve been through a lot of things during this travel but he always supported us. If someone wants to stay longer it’s also comfortable. They have kitchen and also equipment even some ingredients. Thank you Clouz!

Oven is not working because is not plugged in,and there should be a table for eating . No heating downstairs so was a bit cold ,plus 20 euro fee for check in after 8pm

Really nice comfortable apartment with a stunning view of the balcony. The owner is a very nice person who gave me recommendations for what places are worth visiting. The apartment is quite close to the city center but at the same time not in a crowded street which is amazing if you like a have quiet evenings to yourself. There are some amazing breakfast places in 5 minutes away from the apartment.

To be improved

For those who are always cold it might a bit chilly in the lounge room when the temperature outside drops in winter time. There’s a heater installed in a bedroom but there isn’t any in the lounge, unfortunately.

“Convenient location in an area that has great restaurants and things to see.”

The best

The apartment was in a convenient area, there were many great restaurants and sites all within walking distance. We took the train, and with suitcases it was about a 20 minute walk from there to the unit. The unit was comfortable and spacious enough for two people - especially the bedroom and bathroom which were on the 2nd floor, and we had no issue climbing up the tight, circular staircase. The apartment was smaller but efficient and would work well for 2 people who didn't really need a dining area.

To be improved

There were no kitchen supplies that would have made it more comfortable for us while we stayed: no paper towels, no coffee, olive oil, salt/pepper which would have made cooking a bit easier. There is no 'table' except for a 2 person counter to sit at. The host required that we pay a security deposit in cash upon arrival - which was difficult for us as we were coming from a foreign country and didn't have cash when w arrived. I would suggest that Booking assist by allowing for security deposits to be collected online during payment - which could then be immediately reversed upon check out; this would make it easier for both the host and the guests.
