The kitchen was very good: there was everything that was needed for cooking: an owen, kitchen tools, a dishwasher. The beds were confortable and the apartment was nice and modern. There is a beautiful seaview in one of the bedrooms when you open the window. It was a perfect place to stay with three kids. The beach (which has also a sandy side to kids to play and swim) was very near. Everything was near and the street was quiet. We really loved Puerto de las Nieves, being far away from the big tourist masses and seeing the local people celebrating New Year and holidays. It was nice that there was a private parking place, didn't have to ever worry about parking. We are definitely coming again!

To be improved

Just the basic (scandinavian) coffee machine was missing. Otherwhise we liked everything.

Unable to access apartment due to the door being locked from the inside or broken; the maintenance person had to take off the door handle to access this apartment. Had to pay for a more expensive hotel to stay in the first night of our stay, May 16. The next day we had to plan our entire day around when someone would be coming to fix the door, so another day of travel impacted. They said they would be willing to work with me and give a refund for the first night along with the more expensive hotel. Now, they will not respond to me.

The builders were refacing the walls so a lot of noise and dust we could not use the sun blinds on Saturday or Sunday we sent 4 messages to booking.com/ owners and have yet to receive a response shocking customer care left property 24 hours early

Excellent proximity to all amenities, great space and accessibility to property, and lots of room inside - great to have two toilets too!

To be improved

Although nice terrace at the front there was no view or real access to sun as it quickly appeared and disappeared behind the buildings opposite, behind the trees etc. This may be because of the time of year we went though…still lovely! Kitchen really needs some form of breakfast bar (fold down?) as although it’s large it has lots of wasted space…

“Great place with some issues.”

It was a really good place in a perfect location. Everything was clean. Close to all beaches in town.

To be improved

The beds and especially the big one were incredibly soft so no adult could sleep there. We had to exchange with kids and sleep with my wife in their beds which were also so soft but due the small size somehow we have managed to sleep on the side. Never in my life I have experienced such soft bed 🥺. Plus all pots except one were not compatible with the induction oven there.
