On our arrival incorrect code for the keys locker for the properly was provided by the agency, we were trying to contact them for an hour with no results, no one answered the provided phone, no replies on texts, it was very frustrating. Old retired neighbours complained about the music from the phone at 4pm and surprisingly agency started to text about complains. In the backyard there is a sign that you allowed listen the music in headset only! The outside furniture is old plastic one, not like on photos, on every window and door there are bars like in prison or mental hospital which gives an impression that location not safe. Very slippery tiles on the floors, especially stairs.

The property was a bit tired . This may be a minor moan but if British tv was installed it probably would attract more customers.

The Villa was very run down with everything on its last legs, the front door scrapped on the floor and wont even open fully, the villa was dirty and my Wife spent first day cleaning. The Barbeque was absolutely discussing and has never been cleaned, there was exposed wiring, toilet seat hanging off and to be honest it was like living in a prison cell with metal bars back and front. They have also fitted cameras inside the villa to watch you (they call them safety Cameras) but we covered these up so they could not spy on us and they wanted to charge us an extra $40 per day to heat the tiny pool which you will only find out after you book. The pool was only 4m x 3 m so not possible to swim, it has paint fulling off the walls and old tatty fake grass around it. The Villa is located in a run down street with bins opposite , there is no privacy as neighbours seemed so close. We travel a lot and have stayed in hundreds of Villas over the years and although this Villa seemed like a bargain price the quality was appalling.

Kitchen items (pans, knives) could use renewal.

Some neighbours were really load. Apartment needs new coach desperately!

We have ordered a heated pool and got an agreement with the host that it will not be below 26 C. We arrived on Sunday, and the water was no more than 22 C. The host said that something was wrong with the heating, but that it will be fixed. We got 26C on Wednesday night, so we agreed that we will only pay 100 Euro for the 3 days we had left.
