Duplex Cienfuegos II & old town by ELE Apartments

The reality of the apartment didn’t match the nice photos we saw beforehand. There was a significant amount of mold covering the wall. This was very disappointing to notice, as one of us is pregnant, and two has asthma. In addition, we noticed that there was water on the second floor when we arrived, and the floor panels were raised. Moreover, there were some loose wall and floor pieces just laying around the apartment. We tried to explain this to the host, but they told us that the mold was just paint coming off the walls and that there was nothing wrong with the apartment. Host told us they would later just paint over the spots. This is unacceptable.

Very noisy from other apartments can hear everything, shower in one room wasn't fully stable and tore skin off the shower head plastic was wearing off, mould in the apartment but for few days we didn't mind, bed wasn't super comfy but grand

Showers were a bit weak, slight damp on one of the walls. key on front door was a bit awkward, black strips on stairs were a bit loose. no major problems at all
