Dúplex con impresionantes vistas

Nothing. Apartment was dirty. the bedding was used and not fresh. Apartment for 5 people with just two small towels. I advise everyone to avoid this place and the person who rents it.

Went during ski season so it’s cold weather outside. Apartment also v cold inside. Only a few plug in heaters which were no use. One didn’t work at all. Bathroom very cluttered and small.

The heating system consist in a small oil heater not enough to even feel some warmth and two extra small fan heaters that are very noisy. Tab on the bathroom sink too loose you needed two hands to open the water. Hard to slide the bathroom door, that doesn’t give intimacy neither. Stairs to bunk bed broken. Bunk beds too soft that you would sink. To be aware there is no wifi. Only bath towels and one of them was smelling. To open the front door you need to turn two keys at the same time (like a misil launch)

Communication with the host was pretty bad. The front door is horrible, I'm surprised it hasn't broken until now. We got there and the place hasn't been cleaned. The cleaner came a few minutes after we've arrived and so we had to get out of the place - it took her more than 40 minutes to clean the place and then when we came back the dinning table was still dirty, there was hair everywhere and some other places weren't clean. The host ignored my messages. No wifi or TV. The bathroom door slides over and it's very hard to open it from the inside if it's completely shut. We had to open/slide the door for each other from the outside. Parking is difficult in the area - the host mentions they have parking (for an additional 20€/day!) you accept that - and then they tell you they don't have parking anymore and ignore you when you're asking for advice/options in the area- disappointing. Check out is 10am - and you only find out about that after you've booked the place.
