“Had a fabulous time”

Jurgita was lovely. Communication was swift and easy.. Excellent handover and very accommodating regarding changes in timings. Lovely property. Lovely pool. Clean. Views to sea fabulous from upper bedroom terrace. Very Near to bus stop and electric scooter hire. Off road parking handy.. Town approx 25 min walk away.. Beach approx 5 mins walk. We would go back

To be improved

Be aware it is close to a busy road that is hidden by fencing/wall Can hear the neighbours clearly through the walls lol Would suggest : A welcome box would be useful with milk, etc.after a long journey.. A welcome pack with handy numbers for restaurants, shopping, bus routes, what's going on. A second key would be useful. Obviously a very popular property as some furnishings/crockery need updating/replacing but doesn't detract from enjoyable stay.

“Really enjoyed the week we stayed. The neighbours were a bit noisy but that can’t be helped.”

Location was great as was the private pool and aircon. The accommodation was clean.

To be improved

There could have been a bit more cutlery available, there was no spatula so we had to go and buy one. It would have been nice to receive a small welcome pack i.e. some tea, coffee, milk and water.

Nice and quiet location. House and garden is clean and you could find everything you need (washing machine, hairdryer, dishwasher, flat iron and etc.) Swimming pool is well maintained, was cleaned twice during our one week stay. Good wifi. Walking distance to china shop and gas station, if you need some food or drinks. Agent is very nice 👌

“Worst vacation ever”

On the first day when we arrived, the internet and coffee machine did not work, after contacting the supervisor this problem was solved within a day, the manager really helpfully responds to comments.

To be improved

The premises are badly cleaned, there are black hairs everywhere. Part of the garbage of the former residents is pushed under the TV table and the carpet. There is no pump in the house, so there is no possibility to properly clean it yourself during your stay for two weeks. The pool is full of dead flies, even after cleaning the pool (which takes about 5 minutes) the dead flies remain on the bottom. And in the end, I was very surprised when the adjacent cottage was rented to Spanish youth who drank, played music non-stop for 3 days, and finally got into a fight.
