“Lovely apartment!”

The location was amazing and so was the view. Everything was lovely and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and the beautiful apartment.

To be improved

It's not a problem but the front door is very hard to open! Push and then when it sticks, push some more! You'll hear a click when it unlocks so just keep pushing haha

“Living it up.”

The best

The flat was attractive and spacious, and central to the places we wanted to visit. Great vista from the window across the centrum, well equipped and nicely furnished.

To be improved

There was a bad smell caused by the drains, not anything to do with the cleanliness of the flat. This was remedied at owners suggestion by running the taps in the bathroom, problem largely solved. It was really nice and airy. Cafe Machiatto across the road was very friendly efficient, and amazing value. Handy for Cathedral and Roman baths. Lovely bijou medieval city.

Location. The attention of Ada was extremely good.

To be improved

Horrible smell out of the top bathroom, we couldn’t sleep!!!!!! No kitchen paper also the toilet paper.

We liked the modern-decor, large comfy bed, good seating, dining table, and location

To be improved

We didn’t like the lack of food preparation utensils , more cutlery would have been useful to avoid running the dishwasher so often No hot water at kitchen sink
