To be improved

Pre-check-in through an App that I had to download was extremely troublesome. Almost gave up and cancelled reservation! Getting to the lower floor/room is via a very step staircase. A bit dangerous.

Average facilities in a modern apartment

To be improved

Automated checkin process to building was a confusing nightmare , overly complex. Entry to the apartment did not use a key instead use app on phone and the connection did not always work. Since only the person who booked the apartment had the Staymyway booking, the other person could not enter if not with me. Stairwell to downstairs bedroom was too narrow and steep.
