“great location but poor functioning heating during winter”

fab location. large terrace. well stocked kitchen. the bathrooms are large. clean and well maintained property. plenty of space to move around.

To be improved

the heating and AC is through split units. when we arrived it took 48h to get the apt to a decent temperature during winter and yet, we were often cold. the apt living areas are dark due to the few windows facing the inner courtyard.
