“Holiday nightmare”

Internally - large comfortable accommodation, easily accommodating 4 adults. Up mountain which was extremely difficult with no car, but gave beautiful view from balcony. Large communal pool area, which was well kept and had life guard present.

To be improved

Major construction work ongoing in two adjacent properties, builders working from 8am until 4pm. - using heavy machinery causing noise and dust all day. No privacy, builders working outside bedroom. Couldn’t use balcony until evening- full of dust. Property is up a mountain there are 200+ steep steps. Poor communication from rental company from onset, 1 hour late on greeting- no acknowledgment to time of arrival. Couldn’t use top balcony as no shade - jacuzzi on this balcony but not filled and no response from rental company regarding possible use. Unable to enter swimming complex as no code provided for swimming pool, no details given regarding garbage/bin points etc. Patio bedding covers, dirty and ripped. Lack of responsibility from rental company/owner.

“Gorgeous duplex overlooking 7th green”

The best

Beautiful duplex overlooking the 7th green on Santa Clara golf course. House was beautifully decorated with no less than 4 levels of balconies! Alejandra the host was super helpful with any queries or questions we had and she made the whole arrival and departure process really simple and easy. Will definitely rent again on our next trip.
