Very clean, cozy and spacious city apartment on 2 floors. Garage on the ground floor of the building with a daily supplement of 15 euros. A garage is essential in this area. Washing machine and drying rack. Shops and a bakery a few minutes walk away. Functional heating and cooling system on both floors.

To be improved

No balcony, because the apartment is on the ground floor, which we knew. Ants were annoying. The streets here in the area are really narrow and one-way, full of pedestrians, which requires skill and nerves from the driver.

“Central flat which allowed us to explore Seville.”

This was the second time we had visited Seville. Last time we were in Triana and it was nice to explore a different part of town. The apartment was easy to access. The property served its purpose and allowed us to explore

To be improved

The was not a kettle in the property . There were no instructions for using the washing machine. The TV was only in Spanish- no international channels.

I'd appreciate a wider range of kitchen facilities, e.g. kettle The marble floors are a bit cold (I might have actually appreciated that in the summer). The TV offered only a very limited number of TV channels.
