One thing to keep in mind is that there’s no key left on-site – you need to arrange a specific check-in time in advance so someone can meet you. Although we had a long journey and arrived right on time, no one was there to greet us. It turns out the hosts manage several apartments, and there was a mix-up between the time confirmed to us and the time noted by their manager, who works remotely. When we called about some technical issues, different people came to assist, which made communication a bit less consistent. A few practical suggestions: – There is a coffee machine, but no compatible capsules were provided, and we couldn’t find them nearby. – The toaster wasn’t working, there was no cutting board for food preparation, the kitchen tap felt loose, and the sink was clogged. – We also noticed some long black hairs on the floor, which made us feel that the cleaning could be a bit more thorough. With a bit of maintenance and attention to the small details, this apartment could become a truly lovely place to stay. We appreciated the location and the character – it has great potential.

Just found it a bit far to walk to the top end of the old town. Otherwise the actual place was lovely!

Some noise when the local entertainment finished but windows and shutters kept it pretty quiet.
