The location is great. The pool is heated. The layout of the apartment is great. The owner was lovely, the apartment has loads of space.

To be improved

There was a strong fish smell when we entered. We were told this was due to neighbours cooking fish, however this stayed the whole time we were there. The drains in the bathroom stunk (keep toilet seat down and plug in sink, with external door open when in, which helps) understand this is an issue across the island. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I think with a little make over/deep clean, new mattresses and more kitchen utensils the potential of this place is incredible.

The best

The location is excellent, very close to the beach and entertainment spots. The garden is well-maintained, and the pool is clean and spacious. There's also parking available on the property. The price is reasonable.

To be improved

*Negative aspects:* The apartment needs renovation, with very dirty walls giving an overall negative impression. Many reviews mentioned uncomfortable beds, and I can confirm this. I spent 11 nights with my family, and we all complained about the poor quality of sleep, which left us feeling tired. I returned home with back pain. I don't understand why the owner doesn't want to buy new beds.

In perfect location the property is close to everything, to sea to Siam Heated pool will be beneficial for the family with kids Very quiet estate ( during our stay )
