“It wasn't what I expected and I certainly wouldn't book it a second time.”

There were little bugs walking around the sink, they were also in the bedroom, walking close to the edge of the wall. The house was quite cold in the evening and also in the morning, there wasn't any heating. There was a potty in the bathroom cabinet, which isn't quite hygienic. I understand that the homeowner has a child, but if you want to rent out a home as a holidayhome, the house has to be cleared out completely. Everywhere were children items; in the bathtub, in the kitchen, in the livingroom. The sofa in the living room looked worn out. It was also quite dark in the house, the lights had to be switched on during the day. The tv wasn't a smart tv, only a few channels were available and I also missed a Nespresso machine.

The best

I loved how clean the whole house was. I loved the little french balcony from the bedroom. Kids loved the pool. I could have stayed much longer if we had time. I loved the kind gesture of the hosts, who left snacks for the kids and a bottle of wine for us. We used this location as base for our day-trips to the north of the island.

To be improved

Check in could have been easier. We had to go to a location to collect the keys, and drive again to reach to the house. It would have been difficult if we hadn't have the car. There is a big board of advertisement in the yard, right in front of the house. That blocks the view somewhat. We didn't try accessing the beach by feet, we drove to our locations. This side of the island is mostly cloudy. Keep that in mind.
