“Donny go there when it’s too hot, the AC is not working”

The location was great. Very close to the city center and restaurants

To be improved

There were 2 air conditioners, but none of them was working (and it was very hot outside even at night). So we had to open the window in bedroom and couldn’t sleep as we heard all people passing by all night long. When I contacted the agency that is taking care of this apartment (smart rent), they were just telling me to switch off and on all the electricity. After I did it and it didn’t help, they kept on telling me to switch batteries in the AC remote with tv remote so that it starts working. I couldn’t do it (couldn’t take out the pills from tv remote) and asked them to give us another apartment. They agreed but another apartment was 30-40 minutes walk from city center so we said no. I asked them to either send someone to fix the AC or at least to bring us a fan. They agreed to bring the fan but…they didn’t do it. Thankfully we stayed for 3 nights only, so we didn’t suffer too much from this situation. But all in all, total incompetence of this agency
