The hosts, Isa and Jose, were fabulous and quick to respond to queries. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine with detergent. The location is excellent - it is out of the tourist centre, so you get a sense of real Madrid, but close enough to walk to all the key museums and parks. I left something in the apartment and Isa and Jose sent it to me - so accommodating. Highly. recommend.

it’s very comfy and ligh. there was everything that we needed for our stay. The beds is my favorite part, they was exceptionally comfortable. Isa and Hose communicated very well and were very service oriented. I had a few conversations with Jose regarding different issues and I always get a response in short time.

Convenient location near to train and metro stations. The apartment is clean and well maintained. The hosts were helpful and kept in constant communication even though they were not physically present. I also appreciate the complimentary drinks they provided.

An Unforgettable Stay – Truly the Best Hosts We've Ever Had! We cannot thank Isa and Jose enough – they were, without a doubt, the best hosts we’ve encountered in all our travels! From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Before our arrival, they sent us a detailed guidebook covering everything we could possibly need: directions from the airport, nearby supermarkets, markets, restaurants, public transport tips, and recommendations for sights around Madrid. The instructions for accessing the apartment were also crystal clear, making our arrival completely stress-free. The apartment itself exceeded all expectations. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly warm and cozy. Located in a peaceful, green neighborhood, it’s just a 15-minute walk to Atocha Station (perfect for day trips to places like Toledo) and around 15–20 minutes to the Prado Museum, Retiro Park, and other major attractions. What truly made the experience unforgettable were the thoughtful touches from our wonderful hosts. We were warmly welcomed with wine and snacks – a delightful way to start our stay. Isa and Jose were always available and responsive, though honestly, their comprehensive guide left us with few questions. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we could need: washing and drying machines, a dishwasher, a capsule coffee maker with plenty of capsules, an ironing board, an umbrella – the list goes on. Every detail was clearly thought out with the guest’s comfort in mind. We’ve already decided – the next time we’re in Madrid, we won’t waste time looking elsewhere. We’ll be coming straight back to this amazing home on Calle de Canarias and to our fantastic hosts. Highly, highly recommended!
