Juanma was an brilliant host. He gave us excellent recommendations for us to spend a wonderful few days in the city . We had great local restaurants. The duplex was very comfortable for the four of us and the pool was clean and appreciated in the heatwave. All amenities worked well and we felt supported if we had any issues. But there were none! Highly recommend for a stay in Seville.

We really loved our stay at these apartments – it felt just like home! The space is both stylish and functional, which makes sense since the owner is an architect who has clearly designed everything with great taste and attention to detail. We appreciated every little touch. One of the highlights was definitely the pool – perfect for a refreshing swim in the hot weather, or just relaxing by the water. Starting the morning with a swim was a real treat! The apartment is spacious, full of fresh air, and cleverly planned so that the sun doesn’t overheat the interior – it stays pleasantly cool. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided, including bikes, which we used to explore more of the area (the bike station is conveniently just around the corner). As a lovely bonus, the owner met us personally and shared great local tips about must-see places – even without us asking! His warm welcome made the experience even better. Yes, there is some renovation work nearby, but that’s to be expected in the old town. On the upside, there’s no tourist noise, so it’s a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. In short – a perfect base with everything you could need for a great stay. Highly recommended!
