We had a wonderful family stay in this apartment. It was clean, spacious, and ideally located near the historic center of Seville. Perfect for a family of four. One of the biggest advantages was the free parking, which is a rare and valuable perk in Seville. The owner was very friendly, responsive, and attentive to our needs, which made the experience even better. Overall, great value for money. Highly recommended!

the location is in the heart of Sevilla, the parking inside the parkhaus was a very special service. the check in and out process was very smooth and simple. ofcourse they can work more on the flat's furniture but you get what you pay! most important thing the cleaning quality was very good and the surrounding area has everything you need!

What a great location! It's a little Spanish apartment right in the centre, perfect for visiting everything and anything your heart desires! The bed and sofabed were both comfortable, the bathroom had a lovely shower and the little kitchenette was adequate should anyone want to stay in and cook - we didn't! There was so much available at a fingertips reach. The host was very kind and included free car parking near by! 😁

Location, parking, clean, staff, aircon, iron, 2 sets of keys. Good value for 2 people. Very good option if you are not planing to be stuck at home and has a car. Host is super friendly.

To be improved

We did not use the kitchen so am not sure if everything was working but the property was well equipped. A little bit noisy at night but we were already expecting that being in the city centre. Nothing extreme as were on 2nd floor. The decor of the apartment has seen better days, with a little investment great improvements could be made. Overall, the price reflects on these conditions, so don’t expert luxury for this price.
