“Short stay in Vitoria Gasteiz”
The best

We have been to this hotel several times. It was good as always. Staff is very helpful and the rooms are fine. We had a breakfast - it was good.

To be improved

AC in the room was blowing but although we put on the low temprature the air was hot so it was hard to sleep as it was to warm in the room.

The staff was so nice and helpful! We came with 2 dogs and a cat. We arrived late and needed a parking space to not have to unload the whole car. Even though we arrived late after the reception was closed the staff arranged for us so we could get access and use the garage parking of the hotel! I can really recommend this hotel!

To be improved

Sadly some hotel guest before us had smoked in the hotel room. So there was a smell of smoke.

Great value for money, pet friendly, conveniently situated, comfy bed and pillow, underground parking.

To be improved

The amenities were basic, but for us, travelling with our cat, it was sufficient. The car park was a little gloomy but was underneath hotel and felt safe enough.
