“In two weeks of our staying we could only have one cleaning and that was after upon our demand.”

This was our second time in Durlet Apt. This year we are very dissapointed. We had a no proper sunlight in the living room of the apartment, with only two windows in the rooms having a view of the city's huge garbage bins. In two weeks of our staying we could only have one cleaning and that was after upon our demand. Then the cleaners did not show up in the day thay should come. We have even seen bugs coming out of the bath tub. I asked several times to the cleaning ladies wheter they will come, they replied as they will come or we should ask to the office for cleaning. But the office was closed after 19:00. Eventually, we were so sick of chasing the cleaning service we finally we gave up. Also there was some noice issues due to partying people in the apartment. But because the office is closed we couldn't contact with the reception to tell the situation. It is like you are left alone once you are in. Clean apartment is so important for families with kids. Last year it was on every 3 days as far as we remember. Therefore, we booked the place again, but then this huge dissapointment! So, I don't recomment this place to families. It is good for party people and for short stays.

Located in a nice area just enough distance away from the city centre. It met all the needs for a family and the air con was very effective.

No sun loungers by the pool? showers were very outdated.

“The stay is great, great position if you come for the Primavera festival and don't want to depend on transportation (it's a 40min walk). We got a base floor room so we had a nice terrace to hang out outdoors. · Cons: A bit overpriced”
