Toilet cistern ran all night Could clearly hear the persons in next property talking Boiler broke no hot water and had to use a shower in another room. Walking back and forth from pur room to the other room. Lack of communication from hotel as to what we were to do in the morning about showering not ideal

“Very good”

The best

The pool was great and large, just few meters from our terrace. Easy access to parking. Even on hot days the temperature inside was pleasant. Aparment had all the necessary basics, but not much more.

To be improved

Sleeping on the convertible sofa was not very comfortable. Some equipment was in the apartment or the pool ladder were partially broken, the complex would deserve better maintenance. At night (even after 22:00) we could hear noisy music from the neighbouring spa hotel

“Wonderful self catering apartment with pool and great local beaches”

The best

The apartments were attached to a hotel and so you got the bonus of all the hotel facilities as well as the advantage of being self catered. We loved having the maid service to provide clean towels and make the bed. Having two pools meant there was always space and spare sun loungers. Port de Pollensa was a wonderful location for a short holiday.

To be improved

It was outside Port de Pollensa so if we hadn't had a car we would have felt v reliant on the buses. Worked well though for us as we had a hire car.

“Great short cycling holiday in Majorca”

The best

Great breakfast in the sister hotel across the road. Loads of choice from continental to cooked food. Pool area clean and tidy although the pool toilet wasn't restocked during our stay. Comfortable room and nice small area outside which was very private. Great location for cycling and the hotel offer great safe and secure cycle storage. There is also the added bonus of a cycle hire company on site. Staff very helpful and welcoming.😊😊

Clean, bright, great facilities. Padel courts are great, pools are great, apartments are very bright modern & have everything you need plus great cleaners everyday!

Nothing they fulfilled all our needs, air con could be stronger…
