Hotel was in the city close to many amenities,We stayed at the hotel for a week with my family, rooms were clean and food was delicious, we would also want to thank Celia our waitress in the restaurant for looking after us , all was top notch👌

Location , just opposite is subway station. Close to all major attractions.

The best

The hotel is very good, you can't have any complaints about anything. It's easy to get to, it's practically in the center. All the attractions of Granada are within a short walk - it's a great location for a few days of sightseeing. The rooms are comfortable, the rooms are spacious. Comfortable and huge beds. There is no own parking, but you can use a large underground parking 5 minutes from the hotel. I didn't use the meals.

The hotel has a great location and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, which I appreciated.

To be improved

Both the room and the furniture were old, not just outdated in style, but also worn and in need of renovation. The fridge was empty and didn’t work properly. It couldn’t even cool a bottle of water. On the first night, after taking a shower, a bad smell came from the bathroom, possibly from the sewage. The staff offered to change the room, but they said all the rooms were in the same condition. ( they changed the fridge)
