“Location of hotel and size and cleanliness of room were very good with good views. Good shower and bathroom. Light airy view from terrace breakfast room and good value for money ( breakfast was included) · Cons: Hospitality professionalism/training of staff was definitely lacking. Room wasn't serviced during the stay at all.”

The location of the hotel was great, and we really enjoyed the view from the balcony. However, we didn't like anything else about the accommodation itself.

To be improved

The room furnishings were terrible. Everything was of poor quality, the bed was uncomfortable, and the floors, furniture, and bathroom were all scratched. The toilet was dirty. In the hotel’s public restroom, the toilet lid was left open. Additionally, the bathroom door in our room was broken at the bottom left corner. In the dining area, the tables and chairs were rusty. Everything looked very dirty and run-down. The listing mentioned a pool, but it was far from the hotel and dirty. There were hardly any parking spaces available. The breakfast also wasn’t fresh.
