E-Arenas Apartment with terrace in Edificio Arenas

During our stay the main window curtain was broken, so no pleasant view at night(

The apartment was tricky to find because of the one-way system in the area. When I rang the contact number, the person who answered (I think it was the cleaner) told me to wait 10 minutes and hung up. The check-in instructions were non-existent, and there needed to be more information on accessing the parking garage or where to park before checking in. There were keys in the apartment for accessing the garage, but their purpose needed to be explained. It was only because we met another couple staying in the building and told us what to do that we managed to park our car and use the lift to the parking level from the complex. Our apartment was facing the road, and one of the windows did not shut properly, so the traffic made it very noisy all night. The security code to access the apartment was very simple and did not leave us feeling good when we went out, leaving our belongings behind. There was not enough hot water, and what was there was tepid at best.

The door lock does not work, even though you have the door key when get into the apartment, you can't close the door with that key. The door is automatically locked when you close it, but you can't turn the lock to actually lock it. Even from the inside, you don't have any way to close the door with an extra lock. The kitchen is not convenient, there's a step in front of you so you can't stop closer and always try to stretch a bit, really stupid design solution, especially when you need to clean something that dropped on that step. But the kitchen furniture is great though. Very noisy closet doors in the bedroom, so much bad noise that you even don't want to open them during the daytime. It was very windy days during the stay, so it was difficult to sit on the terrace. Not clear enough instructions about the parking spot, it seems like no way to get the parking from inside the building. It would be great to have it written somewhere on a list in the apartment.
