Our vacation turned out to be a nightmare from day one, there was no hot water at all and the cold water flow was really poor. The owner sent the maid for an inspection without any success. Out of seven days of stay we had hot water for only two days. The owner was informed day by day of the lack of water and did nothing to fix it: no refund, no other accommodation or solution. -The kitchen was not working. -The wi-fi is present but the signal is very low, only in the bedroom does it work. -On the last day the code opening of the main door did not show signs of life, we had to ask some guys who lived on the ground floor to open the door. Otherwise we would have spent the night outside. -2 towels per person for 8 days is really too few, considering that a tourist on the island will inevitably spend the days at the beach with consequent daily showers (preferably with hot water). -the utensils such as iron, fan, microwave oven were really old and dirty. -there were no capsules for the coffee machine. -there were no clothes pegs (brought by the maid at our request). -two single beds present, one passable, the other very uncomfortable. Even the pillows were not comfortable.

The utilities were really old, the microwave was really old and didn't look really nice. The shower tray was disgusting. The lights of the entire apartment were not bright and clear, it was pretty dark. The bedroom had air conditioning with any control to use it, there was a fan that was also disgusting, old and dirty. The jewel in the crown was the iron of the clothes that, apart from being old and rusty, you ran the risk of being electrocuted from how burned the cable was. In fact, when I tried to iron, sparks flew. The area was not comfortable.
