“The location is incredible - right by the Sagrada Familia but in a quiet street with no traffic. The apartment has a well stocked kitchen, washing machine, and dishwasher. The check-in was quick and easy. The check-in agent was super nice and responsive to all our needs. She made sure we had everything we needed. · Cons: The air-conditioning is in the living area, and since it was not turned on when we checked in, the bedroom was quite warm. After we reported this, the check-in agent came within an hour with a brand new floor fan and set it up in the bedroom, which helped a lot. It's not visible from the pictures, but the apartment has only one window, which overlooks a wall. It was not a big deal for us since we didn't spend much time in the apartment and didn't care about the view.”

The staff and location was very good. The room was clean.

To be improved

The apartment is like a basement, the windows are looking on a walls without any sunlight. The room was stuffy. The water in the bathroom was not draining which was very big problem. The sockets in the bedroom and WiFi are connected to light switch, so if you turn light off no electricity and no WiFi. The bathroom is very uncomfortable, no place to put a shampoo in the shower. Beds are uncomfy. And many more inconveniences.

“Charming place”

The best

Located on a small, quiet street, this apartment is ideal for families who want to be close to the city action, which was exactly what we were looking for.

To be improved

The apartment wasn't spotlessly clean. It wasn't too bad, but it wasn't perfect either. There was also a construction site nearby during our visit, which wouldn't have been a problem on sunny days when we ate outside, but it got a bit boring when it rained and we were stuck indoors.
