E368 Casa Blanca by Mallorca Villa Selection

Air conditioning in bedroom next to kitchen was not working properly and the beds in this room were very uncomfortable.

One of the rooms the air-conditioning wasnt working, we reported it on the Monday and it wasnt fixed until Thursday afternoon even though we called every day and they said they would send someone. Also the advert shows there is a bath, but there isn't. Not normally an issue but we had a toddler so a bath was needed and we were unaware this had been changed.

Poor kitchen equipment, only one linen in the double beds. Smelled mold in one of the bathrooms. Weird floor plan. Pool area was not cleaned properly.

The kitchen was not so well equipped. There were cooking facilities such as a cooker, hob and microwave which worked well. The kettle was a travel kettle which was very small and would not be sufficient for 8 guests. Whilst there was ample plates and cutlery, the villa was lacking in other cooking utensils such as knives, sauce pans etc. in my view you would struggle to cook a full meal for 4 people using the items provided, let alone 8 people. We also required 2 high chairs and travel cots which were provided at an additional cost of 70 euros. This was not worth the money. One of the high chairs was a plastic ikea type high chair which did the job. The other was a wooden Spanish high chair which was more akin to a bar stool with no tray. We had to hold our baby in this chair to shop him pushing back off the table when eating.

Windows did not lock and could not be fixed, so could not let children sleep in own bedrooms.
