Location although the unit is located half the way to the top of a hill.

To be improved

They are very stingy on supplies! No coffee no tea no salt no pepper.Even cleaning materials detergents and toiletries are either not there or have very little quantities.Mattresses were sponges with no supporting materials or springs.To reach the old lift you have to climb a number of stairs with your luggage. A not very pleasant experience for us.

“Superb”

The best

Sam Sebastian is beautiful, the food is great, Plaza Easo has a great vibe and is in the next street. It has a small supermarket, and some lovely bars and pinxto restaurants.Easy 10 minute walk from bus station, same distance to the beach. Great location, apartment facilities and our contact for the apartment - Juan was excellent

To be improved

Only a really tiny minor dislike - the walls were quite thin, so you sometimes hear the next door neighbours but they never disturbed us during the night and were always friendly when you met neighbours in the hallway. We would repeat book the same apartment again because everything else was perfect and the shutters help keep things cool.

“Amazing stay and great hospitality of the staff.”

Modern apartment only a 20 minute walk to Old Town with nice restaurants and cafes around the area. Juan was extremely helpful throughout our stay and managed to get us a booking at a popular restaurant. If ever visiting San Sebastián again I will definitely be staying here.

To be improved

The floors were a bit dirty but nothing that a vacuum couldn’t fix.
