Unfortunately, my experience at your hotel was deeply disappointing and uncomfortable. Last night, the air conditioning in my room completely stopped working. I contacted the front desk, and the staff member told me that the hotel was fully booked and that no other rooms were available. He suggested that I either sleep with a fan or keep the windows open — an unacceptable solution in the middle of a hot summer night, especially when there’s no fresh air outside. Despite my repeated requests and clearly explaining that I was sick with bronchitis and struggling to breathe, he continued to insist that there were no available rooms. Only after seeing my condition and further discussion did he finally agree to move me to another room with working air conditioning. Additionally, the Wi-Fi in my room did not work the entire week of my stay. I had to rely entirely on my mobile data, which was completely used up as a result. I find it completely inappropriate and disrespectful to expect guests to sleep in an unventilated room with no proper solution, especially when health is at stake. I urge management to look into this situation seriously and address the behavior of the staff member who initially refused to help.

“There was a miscommunication with the price for another person to stay for 1 night, but all was sorted easily. The staff is nice and the gym and swimming pool quite good. · Cons: I would just make small improvements, for example the kitchen was good enough to do some cooking therefore a kit with basics such as napkins, salt, pepper and olive oil should be made available. The chairs in the balcony and in the kitchen are uncomfortable, they should have pillows.”
