The parking was good and the location was good.

To be improved

Walked into the property and it was COVERED in plaster. We had to spend time sweeping it up every day and each night the plaster would fall into the shower,sink, floor and bed. There was no hot water for the first two days of our stay. A technician did come and supposedly fixed it yet there was not enough hot water for two people to shower. The staff were extremely unhelpful in their responses, claiming the hot water worked “perfectly”. It might have go. t hot, but only lasted not even five minutes which is unacceptable: if this was the case everyone staying there should be warned. Also, the main shower head itself didn’t work, we had to use the detachable shower head which is not acceptable. The owners then stopped responding to us when we were trying to get them to see how the shower only lasted 5 minutes of hot water. See photos below of the state of the apartment, none of which can be seen on the booking.com website
