The accomodation is located in a quiet neighbourhood with everything you would possibly need within walking distance. The city centre is about 15-minutes away by a tram. Getting the keys was easy and convenient and we got all the necessary information in advance in a nice PDF file. I appreciated fully equipped kitchen and light rooms.

To be improved

However, the accomodation has some drawbacks. Many places on the floor and pieces of furniture were not cleaned. There was dust and hair in the corners and along the walls, developing mold in the bathroom and the sofa which served as a third bed was disgusting. There was some sauce smeared over it and after unfolding it, I found pieces of food, dust and hair inside. The pillows and blankets have seen better days too as there were some stains on them. In addition, the accomodation is fit for two people as it is very small but it wasn't such a problem for us as we spend almost all of our time in the city. All in all, it would be a better value for money if the sofa was changed for a new one and the cleaning was done more properly. Otherwise it is a really nice, conveniently placed apartment!

“quite value for money, great location, well equipped, friendly host”

The best

The host was around the facility to help me with keys collection and also guiding me to the room. But the instruction of the key collection is very detailed and clear There was a complimentary bottle of white wine, aslo a set of free coffee capsules The host answered a couple questions in whatsapp very promptly. And I was very pleased they congratule me with my birthday that happens during my stay The great location, huge shopping centers and small shops around, metro, tram and bus stations to bring you to the city center. Close to the Sevilia FC stadium (for those who is interested in football :)

To be improved

Only one minor thing - there was a half-broken button in the bathroom to flush water, it general it worked but you need apply some effort to do it

“Fantastic stay! Highly recommended!”

The best

The property is beautiful! It’s very well located. Its just a bit away from the center but the tram as well as bus stops are quite close-by so you can easily navigate. A lot of food options around so that is a great plus as well. The host is fantastic! Angel helped us to navigate through all our difficulties and it worked out for us.

To be improved

Parking could be a bit difficult to find but perhaps if it’s not the weekend you could find it.
