The finca is awesome. We have been traveling in winter, so we could only partially enjoy the garden and pool, but I'm sure it's a dream for the guests who travel during warmer season

We really liked the garden, with also the possibility to use the barbecue and the pool. Very comfortable to leave the car inside also.

“My friends and I are very satisfied with this stay!”

The best

Jose is very friendly and lives nearby, so they are willing to help when needed. The residence is not far from the city. And there is plenty of parking space. Each room has enough space, making it suitable for everyone to come for vacation. Basically all daily necessities are available.

The best

everything was absolutely perfect. the owner and his family is very helpfull, nice :) we spent a reallly nice week. we are visiting Mallorca for many years and this is one of the best accomodation that we had.

“Wonderful place close to Palma”

The best

The finca is very nice and in a calm area. The beds are comfortable, the outside area welcomes you to relax and the garden is well taken care of.

To be improved

WiFi speed & connection not good. Pool and garden shared with other small house (with dogs).

“Nice villa but misleading because the property is shared.”

The best

The villa is clean and spacious and exactly like the pictures. We haven't used the outside space much but it is very well looked after. The nearest town Llucmajor is 5 min drive and the airport is 20 min drive. The host is very fast to respond and his family lives near by so any issues we had were resolved quickly.

To be improved

The day before arrival the host send a message mentioning a small house which will be occupied during our stay. From the pictures and description it's not clear there is an annex on the other side of the pool that is also for rent. After reading back reviews there are other guests complaining that they were not aware about this until they arrived at the property. The host should update the pictures and description to make it more clear so people are aware of the situation.
