Living areas are small for how many the villa sleeps

The lounge was small for the amount of people it accommodated. Contact with the people or owners looking after the place was very poor. I did ask for directions a few days before arrival and Frank sent them on the day of arrival by e-mail and I have no internet on my tablet so did not receive them. Taxi dropped us at the address I had received when I booked the Villa it was the wrong place. I called the contact no twice it was an answer phone and no one called me back. Then phoned booking.com and had problems as I could her the assistant but she could not her me.. booking.com contacted the owner by which time we had after a long while found the Villa. I would like to say the Villa was okay but needs a little upgrading in places. Bathrooms need shelving to put toiletries and make up on there’s no where to put anything on. Ours had to go on the floor. Also mattress in blue bedroom needs replacing very dirty. In saying all of this we did have a good time and did not let this spoil our holiday.

The villa has been re modelled to accommodated more people but in turn this has created a cramped villa the ensuite is now very small The water system is now big enough so after 3rd person is showered water is cold No aircon in bedrooms which is ok in February but hate to think what's its like in high season the 5th bedroom has 4 bunk beds squeezed in there which leaves no room and couldn't imagine what that's like in high season The sofa in the lounge is the most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on timber laths on the base The kitchen units require either upgrade on maintenance on them as all drawers catch each other some of the doors feel like they are going to drop off If you are cooking in the villa more pans and cooking implements required BBQ is very small and you can not cook for 6 people on it The tables in the garden are far to small only just fit 6 around them plus some of the wooden chairs are broken Would benefit from a mid week clean and change of towels Keys hidden but the alarm fob was not given to us so the alarm was going off every 20 mins until about 7pm we arrived at 3pm This is the first time we have used booking.com and it is not as good as using a villa company

Nothing to dislike, but a couple of kitchen utensils need replacing or buying - such as a new tin opener and grater. Some cleaning materials could have been provided as we like to keep where we stay clean
