“Nice but in need of maintenance”

Good location with parking spaces. You can walk into the local town for shopping and food. Be aware it’s under the flight path for the airport which makes it very convenient for getting to/from the airport but it does mean the plane noise keeps you awake. I think the planes operate 7:30-22:30 but this isn’t always the case. The villa is nice but it’s in need of some much needed maintenance. For example there are several mosaic tiles missing from the floor of the shower in the garden. Most of the shutters and doors are either hard to close or actually don’t lock. The front gate needs major adjustment and sometimes can’t be shut. I’m sure when it was built/renovated it looked great but there are now quite a few issues or it’s not exactly as advertised. Listing some more examples the cover over the pool can’t be operated, the sofa in the garden isn’t useable as it’s worn out and the umbrella is broken. Some slats on the outdoor chairs are also cracked. If you use this place at maximum occupancy be aware that there isn’t enough cutlery or seats to seat you at the same time. We were also only given one set of keys which isn’t great noting we shared it with another family. Overall we had a great time but just be aware of the above and that’s it’s not all together as it was when initially listed.

This is our second time staying here , the villa is beautiful and so spacious , it’s also very close to the shopping centre

Outside space , it needs more seating and comfy chairs to sit on

“Affordable luxury !”

The best

Beautiful villa. A short two minute walk over a main road (a pedestrian tunnel for safety right by road out of villa) spacious and homely. Warm pool. Host was speedily responsive to any requests.

To be improved

Could do with general updating but in good order. Our only recommendation would be either ceiling fans or air conditioning. Reason being you don’t want to keep doors or windows open after dusk due to mosquitoes
