“Ecogrus apartment - Capitana (for a family of 4)”

The best

Great apartment (Capitana) with balcony and lovely cold A/C. Very clean with everything we needed (although we were attending various wedding events so we're not there very much).

To be improved

On arrival about 11pm (delayed) we were unable to get into the apartment with the code as the batteries in the lock were flat. Luckily my Brother in Law who lives nearby and is quite tall was able to just about climb over the gate and get the key. We called the emergency number and got through eventually but by the time we got the call back we were in (about midnight). Not a major problem but could have done without it after a long day of travelling. For anyone traveling as 2 adult couples this apartment would probably not be suitable due to the bunk bed configuration in the 2nd bedroom but fine for young adults.

“Very close to the Trainline for easy access into Barcelona and the beaches were a 4 minute walk away. Overall very modern feel and the room was very clean and tidy · Cons: We found an empty whisky bottle under the bed and the apartment is not stocked out for cooking. They give you measly 3 salt and pepper sachets and there wasn’t even a wine bottle opener! We ended up buying one from the local shop and left it there for the next person.”

“GREAT OPTION FOR ACCESS TO BARCELONA WHILE AVOIDING THE CITY CHAOS !!”

The best

The property was great - clean, well appointed and in a good location close to the beach, restaurants and train to Barcelona. Kitchen was well equipped. Good to gave guaranteed parking in the nearby marina. Nice outlook over towards the beach.

To be improved

The drop off parking directions were over complicated by saying to use a nearby temporary parking building - it's easier to just drive to the front door of the apartment, drop bags and go to permanent parking.

“Poor location poor value for money”

To be improved

Bed very hard and uncomfortable the sofa bed creaked every time you turned in it and was very uncomfortable the main bed was very hard and again uncomfortable. The pictures advertising the apartment are very deceptive it seems to have sea front access it doesn’t it’s next to a busy rail track! I paid almost £900 for four nights terrible value
