- the bathroom is shared with a LOT of rooms and is not too clean (hair on the walls). - the doors are extremely loud and the rooms have zero soundproofing: meaning that you wake up every half an hour. - the entire structure smells like smoke and the room smelled like old sheets (I'd recommend the owner to change them). - we found it shady that there are multiple booking pages for each room with few reviews each, as if the structure was new (it's not) or as if they want to hide the bad reviews (?).
