No 24h Customer Service, we ended up stuck outside the building at midnight with no reply on the several calls to help opening the door since we run out of phone battery and couldn't get the door code. Every time a door opens/closes (from each single room), you can hear it over the entire building. Only 1 bathroom per floor to attend too many rooms.
